Confirmation of quorum- yes, 18 members present

Treasurer’s report /subscription fees for 2020/21
Paul presented the accounts which have been audited by Andrew Barker. The bank balance has fallen from £19,655 to £17,401. This is partly due to less income from membership fees but also the increased cost of hiring the rehearsal room.
Subscription fees will remain the same but can those members who went down to half price during the lockdown please pay the full amount again. If there is a problem can you please contact Paul directly.
Appointment of auditor for 2022- Andrew Barker has agreed to be the auditor
Membership Secretary –
Ray reported that we had lost several members over the last two years- Ivor, Martin, Kevin M, Ian, Tiff, Robert and Gordon. We welcomed Frank as a new member, but this means that we only have an active chorus of 18 singers, all of which makes sing outs very difficult to fulfil. We would love to see any of our ex-members back even if it is only for the afterglow sessions.

We are pleased to welcome James Davies as a member of the Social Media team. James will be working alongside Ray in this area.

We formally adopted the BABS policies on Safeguarding and Equality. Tony Fell has agreed to be the Safeguarding Officer.
