Next Tuesday will be our final get together for 2022.

Where did the year go to? It seems to have flown by, or is that just a sign of old age?

This has been a year of change, and maybe more change is on the horizon?

The first change was that Shanna felt that she needed a change from directing and so stepped down from both ourselves and also 5Ways. This was a major blow as Shanna had kept us going for the two years of covid zooms/outdoor singing/masked singing, and then just as we were getting back to a normal rehearsal schedule, she felt that it was time for her to move on. We are very grateful for everything that Shanna did and felt that we made a lot of progress under her direction.

Luckily for us "MR BARBERSHOP" stepped up again and with his usual enthusiasm has been looking after us ever since. Wilf does not want the job on a permanent basis and we are looking for a new full time MD in the New Year.

He has been joined on a part-time basis (via Italy/Spain) by our very own Mr Colin Rote. Colin introduced a new song "All Of Me" that he thought was a more modern song That we could "do do do" , and after an early struggle, and 63 do dos we have made it. We are looking forward to his next offering.

The other change of course is the news that the Leofric Suite is in the process of being sold to an outside third party. We don't know all the details of this yet but it might mean that we are on the move again

Back to next Tuesday.
We hope to see as many people as possible and recent ex-members are very welcome to join us.
There will be:
A free drink for all attending, 
Christmas themed snacks will also be available,
There may be special items as well ( if anyone has something they would like to share this is your big moment).
